Sizing
You want to measure around the base of the neck, where the collar will sit. Ideally, you want to select the size that will allow for a couple of inches to adjust in both directions, larger and smaller. If you are measuring for a martingale collar? You will also need to measure around the largest part of the head.
Our size range for our roller buckle collars is as follows:
XS: 9-12”
S: 11-15”
M: 14-18”
L: 17-21”
XL: 20-24”
Each pre-made piece will have the exact size listed in the title and the description. Martingale collars are made to your exact specifications.
Let us know! We do small batch custom releases occasionally, so if your dog is outside of our typical size range, this is a great option for you! But also let us know if there is a size you are looking for but we don’t offer or is out of stock. This helps us know what to include in our pre-made releases in the future.
Shipping & Returns
If you are ordering a pre-made item it will ship within 3 days! If you are purchasing a custom piece, the processing time is currently about 3-4 weeks, although we do our best to get your orders out as quickly as we can.
All sales are final, but definitely reach out to us if you have an issue and we will see how we can help! If you have sizing questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order and we would be happy to help figure out what size would be best for your dog!
Yes we ship worldwide. Due to the nature of international shipping we cannot guaranty when your shipment will arrive and you will be responsible for any taxes/fees/duties included in the import process of your package (where applicable).
Process
Every piece in our shop is crafted by hand by Miquela & Vandal! This little biz is made up of just the two of us, so you can be sure that your piece comes straight from our hands to yours.
Every part of the process is done by hand. From cutting to stitching to assembly, we do it all. No laser cutters, no sewing machines, just these four hands.
Materials
All of our leather is vegetable tanned and certified by the Genuine Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather Consortium.

We only use solid brass hardware.
All of our products are finished with all-natural, non-toxic waxes, so they are not only environmentally friendly, but also safe for your pet.
All of our packaging materials are reusable and/or recyclable. Each order is packed in an organic cotton bag (excluding orders with only tags), 100% recycled tissue paper, 100% recycled boxes made with 95% post-consumer waste, zero-waste shipping labels made with 100% post-consumer waste, and tape that is renewable & recyclable with a plant-derived adhesive and backing. All of the paper products are also recyclable.
